Why Strive?

We carry more than we say out loud.

The promotion we're chasing, the family we're providing for, the fear we don't admit even to the people closest to us, most of it stays unspoken. Not because it doesn't matter, but because there's rarely a place to put it down.

And reading someone else's struggle does something too. It is a reminder that the polished, ambitious, fast-moving country you see is built by people quietly carrying the same weight you are. You're not behind. You're not alone. You're in it, with everyone else.
